The overall mission of KICKSTART KIDS is to change and save children’s lives. Resiliency is enhanced through the values and philosophies taught through the Martial Arts.

KICKSTART KID'S primary goal is to reach city youth. However, we have many programs in suburban areas to ensure that we meet the needs of students in various environments. Our program generally begins in the sixth grade and is continued throughout middle school. After graduating middle school the students are encouraged to enroll in one of the after school programs offered to high school students.

Without programs like KICKSTART KIDS, many of these children could potentially end up in Juvenile Detention Facilities. It costs an estimated $50,000.00 per child, per year, to be incarcerated in a detention center. It only costs $550.00 per child, per year to be in the KICKSTART KIDS program.

KICKSTART KIDS is making a difference in the future of America's children.
